Workplace Wellness
While working at a creative agency for eight years, I experienced firsthand the importance of self-care at work . In the moments where there just didn’t feel like there was enough time in the day, the one thing that always brought me back to center was taking a moment to ground. Whether it was making time to meditate in between calls or intentionally scheduling my day around a yoga class, it took years to realize that “being too busy” for self-care just wasn’t an option.
Self-care looks different everyday
There can be the notion that self-care has to look one way, when that couldn’t be farther from the truth. My offerings are customizable to fit your team’s needs and budget. If you’re looking for more recurring sessions, let’s chat about how I can support your team.
Benefits of self-care in the workplace
-
Stress reduction
Introducing self-care to your team helps to reduce stress by supporting employees to manage daily stressors. Making time for your team to take an intentional break creates relief from the cycles of deadlines and deliverables.
-
Team bonding
Self-care can bring your team closer together. Teams can feel siloed when certain teams are only working together on projects. Creating space for team members to relax together cultivates in-person connection, communication, and togetherness.
-
Improves creativity and productivity
Let’s face it: It’s much easier to tap into creativity when you’re relaxed. Encouraging your team to create from a grounded and centered place is a win-win for everyone. Self-care invites your team to tap into creativity they didn’t know they had access to.

Through playing the crystal singing bowls, I create a healing environment to bring the mind and body into balance. Through a combination of crystal singing bowls, ocean drum, Gylie, Koshi chimes and bells, I build a healing soundscape for you to relax and receive.

Yoga
Through my own experiences with mental health, yoga created space to see how controlling the body is a pathway to controlling the mind. My practice and classes incorporate Pranayama, meditation and visualization for participants to experience a deeply energetic practice.
-

Meditation
Meditation was my introduction to finding inner peace in the midst of corporate chaos. Through meditaton I learned how to show up for myself and my team with more presence and I look forward to supporting your team to do the same.
