My name is Antha.

I’m a Holistic Strategist who activates businesses and individuals to move forward with confidence and clarity.

I’m here for the ones who thought they wanted to climb the corporate ladder –– only to make it halfway up and realize they were chasing someone else’s dream.

I’m here for the visionaries who are tired of dimming their light.

I’m here for the solopreneurs and small business owners who are tired of feeling stuck and are ready to take grounded action.

Before diving into my business full-time in 2024, I was a project manager, resources manager and writer at a creative agency. What does all that mean? I spent 32 hours a week organizing my team to get sh*t done. Since then, I’ve been been learning to prioritize self-care in my business by finding a pace that allows me to move fast without burning out.

I know what it feels like to have your progress stalled by red-tape or being told to “just be patient.” I’m here to activate, to inspire and hold the vision of your dream with you so you can make it a reality. Through my near 10 years of project management experience combined with energetic healing, I don’t just help you create a plan for your dreams –– I support you to heal what’s stood in your way from making it possible.

My Why

I want self-care to feel like a priority.

There’s a difference between knowing self-care is good for you and actually feeling the commitment to stick to your routine. There came a moment I felt a shift to where self-care became a non-negotiable part of my day. I allowed myself to explore the many facets that spoke to me on a physical and energetic level. My goal is to help self-care become a priority for you too. Through self-care products, 1:1 healing sessions, group events and corporate workshops my goal is to help your self-care practice be a part of your everyday. It can feel easy to forget about self-care while at work as other priorities arise. That’s why I also specialize in supporting clients who work 9-5 jobs to find ways to care for themselves during work hours. 

My goal is to connect self-care and people who need it. The narrative that “I don’t have time for self-care” or “I’m too busy” teaches our mind and body that we are not worthy of time to regulate or unwind. My hope is for your to see wellbeing as a priority regardless of anything on the inside or outside that encourages your self-care to take the backseat.
