Sound Baths
Sound healing works on an energetic level. Through playing the crystal singing bowls, Antha creates a healing environment to bring the mind and body into balance. Through a combination of crystal singing bowls, ocean drum, Gylie, Koshi chimes and bells, Antha paints a healing soundscape for participants to relax and receive.
How do the singing bowls work?
Each singing bowl is tuned to a different frequency. Within the energetic body these frequencies correspond with a different Chakra, or energy center. While the notes correspond with specific areas, the effects can be felt differently for each person based on their individual resonance.
Singing bowls also interact with the physical body by vibrating the water in our cells and tissues and resonate on a bone level. The human body is made up of 60-70% water and through interacting with these frequencies, participants can experience relaxation and energetic shifts that are processed through the body instead of the mind.
Benefits of Sound Healing
Increased Mental + Physical Relaxation
Sound baths create the opportunity to clear the mind and rest the body. During sound baths, participants lie down to receive the sound healing. This is a space to release thoughts that keep the mind busy throughout the day.
Energetic Activation + Clearing
Through the experiencing the frequencies of the singing bowls, you may feel sensations throughout the physical body. These sensations can be the energetic body reacting to and releasing blockages, awakening dormant energy, and so much more.
Reduced Tension
At the beginning of each sound bath, Antha guides you through a body scan to identify and release tension in the body so you can be in a receptive state. Through the combination of breath, stretching, or a combination of techniques, you have the opportunity for deep relaxation.

Sound Bath + Painting
Painting has been a way for Antha to clear her mind since she can remember. Not only is it part of her practice of connecting with her inner child, she believes that by putting paint on a page, you are a painter. Forget about it being “good” just paint.
Sound Bath + Paint events allow you to experience how healing painting can be while enjoying a sound bath. Private events can be instructed or open for free painting to let the creativity flow.

Subtle Soundscapes
Reset the mind, nourish the subtle body.
This monthly sound bath is a space to quiet the mind and replenish the body. Join us as we retreat within as Antha plays the relaxing sounds of the crystal singing bowls and chimes. This sound bath plays with what happens when we allow space, when we allow silence and when we intentionally cultivate deep rest. During this class you'll be guided through the practice of Mritta Mudra as we journey into the subtle body.

Mritta Mudra is a state of dimming the Mayakosha, our illusionary shells. Imbalance in the Mayakosha can manifest in physical body, our emotions, our energetic body and beyond. Mritta Mudra is a state of dimming the Mayakosha, our illusionary shells. Through the practice of Mritta Mudra we dim our Mayakosha to connect with our truest form. Each mayakosha can be thought of as a lampshade, and through the process of dimming each shell we're able to experience the light that is underneath. Mritta Mudra can be compared to Yoga Nidra as both are a systematic powering down of the body. However, Yoga Nidra is stops at the physical body, whereas Mritta Mudra takes you deeper into the subtle body.
