Yoga Classes
The journey of yoga changed the course of Antha’s life. For many years, she lived in a way that saw the thoughts of her mind as the only truth - it wasn’t until she began to control the mind that she saw the deeper truth and intuition that was underneath the surface. Through her own experiences with her mental health, Yoga created space for her to see how controlling the body is a pathway to controlling the mind. Her practice and classes incorporate Pranyama, Meditation and visualization for participants to experience a deeply energetic practice.
Since her yoga journey began in 2020, Antha has completed two yoga teacher training programs, first her 300-hr training in 2022 and completed the remaining 200 hours of her 500-hr training in 2024 through Yoga for Life. Through this path she experienced how yoga goes beyond the physical practice and is truly a new way of being.

Practice Acknowledgement
Through my practice I acknowledge that the tradition of Yoga originated in India. In my teaching and sharing of information, my goal is to remain true to the origins of the practices without modifying for modern and Western audiences. This includes talking about Yoga as more than the physical Asana practice and acknowledging all 8 limbs (Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, Samadhi) and teaching Asana poses with their Sanskrit name and offering the English translation. I have immense gratitude for my teacher Raj Patra, who passed this information on to me and for showing me the depth of the Yogic traditions, philosophies and ways of being.
