What have you learned about yourself in this past moon cycle? As we step into the energy of the New Moon, it's a time to reset, to find presence and to set intentions for this next cycle. During this 45-minute sound bath we'll begin by exploring some of the themes that Gemini presents.
This is a space to reflect on what you’re discovering along your journey and set intentions for the path forward. Sound healing goes beyond the limits of space and time. You'll be able to receive the healing wherever you are in the world.

Rest // Reset: An Evening of Healing from Burnout
Take a pause. Set down your to-do list, your emails, and anything outside of the present moment for this deeply restful event. Rest // Reset is an evening of journaling, yoga and sound healing accompanied by open discussions about experiences with burnout. This is a space to feel seen on your burnout journey whether you’re feeling deep in it or have been healing from burnout for some time.
Charcuterie will be provided during the event from Brie Mine. Over the course of the 3 hours, we’ll cultivate gentleness for our nervous system, body and spirit.

Black Affinity Wellness Event with Gym Space Equity + Seeking Space Yoga
Join us for a day of celebration and reflection as we commemorate Juneteenth- cultivating collective restoration, healing, and wellbeing. Rachel Brooks, the owner of Seeking Space Yoga, will be facilitating an outdoor yin yoga session at Spring Garden Park! Seeking Space Yoga is a judgement-free, all-welcoming studio focused health and relaxation through mindfulness and movement. New Moon Sound Bath on Insight Timer
What are you wanting to release this year? As we welcome the first New Moon of the year, this sound bath is an opportunity to release the past and bring you closer to experienced the most aligned version of yourself. In this hour-long sound bath, you'll be guided into a gentle meditation to begin as we drop into a sound journey together. No prior meditation or sound bath experience is required, only the presence to receive and the openness to release.
slow down // walking meditation
slow down is your opportunity to find a different pace. Through practicing walking meditation, you notice the details you usually pass by. Through walking meditation we practice conscious movement by building awareness within and around our bodies.
Before the walk we'll practice Pranayama, or yogic breath, techniques to expand the lungs and find balance before beginning the walk. The walking meditation will last about 30-40 minutes. This is a space for contemplation, for deep listening to your body's inner wisdom. A majority of the walk will be silent to allow space for reflection. At the end of the walk there'll be space to integrate and share experiences if anyone feels called.
We'll meet starting at 6:25pm and begin walking at 6:35.

Bring a small cushion or blanket to sit on while practicing Pranayama and seated meditation.

Painting with your Inner Child
When was the last time you let your inner child create for fun? During this workshop, we'll hold space for our inner child with a meditation to tap into their creativity. Antha will guide the group through visualization to invite our inner child into our creative process. Antha will play a sound bath for you to paint during and allow your creativity to flow. No painting experience is required, you can come with an idea or just paint freely without expectation. All supplies are provided.

in this workshop, we'll dive deep into the practice and science of sun salutations. the practice of Surya Namaskara originated at the base of the himalayan mountains to warm the body by moving the spine. beyond the asana practice, we'll explore what's happening on an energetic level as we perform sun salutations with discussion of topics such as psycho-energetic states and the power of incorporating visualization into practice.
after learning about the science behind the practice, we'll move through twelve rounds of traditional himalayan sun salutations that incorporate chakra visualization, mantra, and breath followed by a long savasana with the restorative sounds of antha's crystal bowls.
this class is perfect for practitioners of all levels who are interested in deepening their practice and yoga teachers who want to dive deeper into the practice.

Subtle Soundscapes
This sound bath is a space to quiet the mind and replenish the body. Join us as we retreat within as Antha plays the relaxing sounds of the crystal singing bowls and chimes. This sound bath plays with what happens when we allow space, when we allow silence and when we intentionally cultivate deep rest. During this class you'll be guided through the practice of Mritta Mudra as we journey into the subtle body.
What is Mritta Mudra?
Mritta Mudra is a state of dimming the Mayakosha, our illusionary shells. Imbalance in the Mayakosha can manifest in physical body, our emotions, our energetic body and beyond. Mritta Mudra is a state of dimming the Mayakosha, our illusionary shells. Through the practice of Mritta Mudra we dim our Mayakosha to connect with our truest form. Each mayakosha can be thought of as a lampshade, and through the process of dimming each shell we're able to experience the light that is underneath. Mritta Mudra can be compared to Yoga Nidra as both are a systematic powering down of the body. However, Yoga Nidra is stops at the physical body, whereas Mritta Mudra takes you deeper into the subtle body.
