Antha is offering restorative sound bath healing as Jessica guides you through a deep stretch practice. Antha is highly skilled at playing the crystal singing bowls, she will support your body to relax on a deeper level through healing frequencies. Using Universal Yoga principles Jessica will guide you through a deep stretch yoga class. Move major muscles and joints in all ranges of motion for a full body stretch. Connect body and breath through static stretching, release stress and bring an overall state of well-being.
