The Burnout to Balance Blog is my journey of navigating years of burnout and how I’m healing along the way.
This blog is about the inertia of change, getting to where I’m headed and all of the weird in-betweens. After leaving my full-time job, I believed the burnout I was experiencing would just go away. I thought that with having so much space in my schedule to pursue my business, I would be ready to jump right in. What I wasn’t prepared for, was the return of years of exhaustion I pushed aside that suddenly returned to the surface. It was then I realized that burnout isn’t something that can be fixed, but something that must be healed. This blog is a window into my journey of healing burnout and tools that provided relief along the way.
