Hi, I’m Antha.

I help creatives transitioning out of corporate go from burnt out to bringing their soul-led business to life.

I thought I was going to be in the corporate world forever because it felt like my only option. My body was giving me signals that I was overwhelmed through daily migraines. I pushed through my headaches to still keep everything moving at work and in my life instead of slowing down. I thought that I needed to be constantly doing, constantly producing which led me to completely ignore my capacity.

It wasn’t until I went on my first meditation retreat where I was completely disconnected from my phone that I saw the urgency I was steeped in. When I went back to work, instead of jumping right back into how I did things before, I started testing the boundaries I could set.

Three years later, I made the decision to transition into my business full time so I could have the freedom to align schedule with my capacity. Now I support creatives who want to build their soul-led business who want to do the same.

Your body is sending you signals all the time, but many of us miss them because of our society’s fast-paced expectations.

Every time you drink coffee instead of taking a break, or stay up a little later to cram in more work, you're turning your attention away from the part of you that’s saying ‘enough.’

Eventually, the messages fade into the background and it becomes harder to hear what you truly need. 

How does it work?

These sessions are packaged in groups of three to help the body integrate the shifts after each session. Building safety in the body starts with offering consistent support, these sessions must be scheduled in a period of three months from the first session.

Each of these modalities supports the body to shift into the parasympathetic nervous system, the system of “rest and digest.” Together, they weave a tapestry of support to bring balance to your inner and outer world.

Reiki

Reiki continues to subtler layers of the body by working with the energetic body. After periods of burnout we can feel so disconnected from our creativity and ourselves. Reiki soothes the feelings of overwhelm by giving the body space to deeply rest + reset.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) goes right to the source of focus and concentration by using a gentle, hands-on technique working with the skull and spine. CST creates space for clarity to emerge by clearing the slate and giving your body space to process. The subtle movements help the shoulders drop away fro

Sound Healing

Sound Healing makes space for creativity. Any time you can spend outside of fight-or-flight mode is beneficial, sound healing can give you a new baseline when feeling constantly stressed and anxious has become the norm. Sound healing helps to quiet the mind, release stress and lower cortisol levels in the body so you can truly relax.
