1:1 Sound Healing

Sound healing sessions create space for you to receive gentle, personalized support. Antha intuitively selects the singing bowls and instruments for each session to hold space for you and meet you where you are. During the session, there will be space for journaling before and after for you to set intentions for the session and integrate after.

How do the singing bowls work?

Each singing bowl is tuned to a different frequency. Within the energetic body these frequencies correspond with a different Chakra, or energy centers, within the body. While the notes correspond with specific areas, the effects can be felt differently for each person based on their individual resonance.

Singing bowls also interact with the physical body by vibrating the water in our cells and tissues while also resonating on a bone level. The human body is made up of 60-70% water and through interacting with these frequencies, relaxation and energetic shifts are processed through the body instead of the mind.

Whether you’re looking for a space to relax or booking a session for support with a specific purpose, Antha infuses all sessions with Reiki energy healing. She holds space for any activations or energetic clearing you experience during your session.

Integration Support

Following each session, Antha will support you in processing and integrating all that was experienced. Antha also follows up after each session to check-in and answer any questions.
