Start your morning off with stillness. This class pairs Pranayama techniques with guided meditation to relax the body and the mind. Each week pairs different techniques to create a restorative experience before you head into the rest of your day.

This class is for all levels, no meditation experience is needed.

Soho House membership is needed to attend this class.
